摘要

文章从施工方视角对智能建筑设备与材料采购、施工图纸设计审核、施工组织设计方案优化、施工现场精细化管理等方面的问题加以剖析，提出加强对设备、材料、图纸、组织设计方案的审查与优化，以切实推进智能建筑在现代建筑体系中落地生根。

Abstract

The paper analyzes the problems of intelligent building equipment and material procurement, construction drawing design review, construction organization design plan optimization and construction site refinement management from the perspective of the construction side, and proposes to strengthen the review and optimization of equipment, materials, drawings and organization design plan in order to effectively promote intelligent buildings to take root in the modern building system.
