Automation and intelligence are the two core points of future building development. The function of traditional building monitoring and alarm system is relatively single, and it needs the on-duty personnel to monitor in real time, so the efficiency is low. This paper presents an intelligent monitoring and alarm system, which can analyze video image data in real time and improve the real-time and effectiveness of alarm.
