摘要

大多数情况下，建筑工程在按时完成工期后往往存在着部分难以解决的问题，因此在未来的建筑施工过程中，必须对每一个环节进行强化管理，及时准确改进施工过程中存在的各种问题，这样才可以使我国的建筑行业在智能化发展过程中得到最为有利的发展前景。本文主要阐述了建筑行业在智能化发展过程存在的问题并对出现的问题提出了相应解决办法。

Abstract

In most cases, there are some problems that are difficult to solve after the construction period is completed on time. Therefore, in the future construction process, it is necessary to strengthen management of each link and improve the problems in the construction process in time and accurately, so as to make the construction industry in China get the most favorable development in the process of intelligent development. This paper mainly expounds the problems existing in the intelligent development of the construction industry and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.
