Through the planning of electrical construction schedule based on LSM and the schedule management of each stage of electrical construction, the electrical construction management of the building is realized, and the construction quality is controlled by standardizing the electrical construction process of intelligent buildings and coordinating electrical construction and other construction projects. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for construction enterprises to maintain a higher competitive advantage under the background of the current new normal.
