This paper focuses on the study of intelligent operation and maintenance organization mode, intelligent scheduling system coordination and linkage scheme, and the requirements of urban rail transit operation and maintenance safety comprehensive guarantee system. It deeply analyzes the state perception and auxiliary decision-making system of the whole network equipment, studies the intelligent operation and maintenance safety technology of road network level signal, communication and power supply system, and clarifies the system architecture, functional requirements and technical routes of intelligent operation and maintenance system. It provides technical support for the subsequent construction of intelligent operation and maintenance analysis and decision-making system, so as to improve the ability of emergency response and intelligent analysis and diagnosis of line network faults.
