The thesis studies the important application functions and characteristics of BIM technology in construction engineering, analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in construction process design optimization, process flow simulation, process control of process implementation and construction process management in construction engineering, and proposes the use of BIM technology for fine simulation and calculation analysis of construction process flow of construction engineering, so as to improve the feasibility and rationality of the process flow of construction engineering and optimize the construction organization and design scheme of construction projects.
