摘要

文章以推动城市更新为契机，以烟台所城里历史文化街区更新使用后评价为研究对象，以使用者满意度为切入点，对所城里七个方面进行综合分析，按照IPA指数、象限分析和网络文本分析的结果，了解使用者的需求与评价，总结所城里目前改造更新的使用状况以及存在问题，有针对性的对后续更新提出建议和措施，更好地推进所城里的更新，让其老城区变新地标。

Abstract

This paper takes the opportunity to promote urban renewal, takes the post-use evaluation of the renewal of the historical and cultural district in Suochengli of Yantai as the research object, takes user satisfaction as the starting point, and conducts a comprehensive analysis of seven aspects of Suochengli. According to the results of IPA index, quadrant analysis and network text analysis, it understands the needs and evaluation of users, summarizes the current use status and problems of the renovation and renewal of Suochengli, and makes targeted suggestions and measures for subsequent renewal, so as to better promote the renewal of Suochengli and transform its old town into a new landmark.
