With the implementation of the "Technical Specifications for Safety Assessment of Urban rail Transit before Initial " issued by the Transportation Office [2023] No. 56, the requirements of rail transit group companies around the country are becoming increasingly strict, with higher requirements for the duration of comprehensive joint adjustment, and significantly increased requirements for the rectification rate and rectification time of comprehensive joint adjustment problems.This paper briefly introduces the intelligent joint adjustment system developed by China Shanghai (Group) Corporation for Foreign Economic & Technological Cooperation, and highlights the design and development ideas of the problem database, and how to improve the rectification rate of comprehensive joint adjustment problems. Moreover, the application management function of the problem library is demonstrated by an application example. Through the management analysis of the design, development and application of the problem base, it provides reference and reference experience for the comprehensive joint adjustment information management of domestic urban rail transportation.
