This paper introduces that in the design and implementation of Changsha Metro Station. According to the BIM application goals of the project, appropriate BIM technical standards and management systems are formulated, and the exploration and application of BIM forward design are carried out. This forward design exploration determines that normative, appropriate and effective BIM standard plays a vital role in the implementation of the forward design of metro stations; At the same time, it also breaks through some difficulties in the previous forward design, and lays a foundation for the popularization and promotion of BIM in similar projects.
