Green, low-carbon, intensive, and circular are the basic principles of park construction. In the trend of carbon emission reduction, it is necessary to actively explore the low-carbon development path of the construction industry. At the same time, according to market development needs, the level of intelligent services in the park should be improved. The paper conducts research on the construction of the Zhongjiang Smart Building Industrial Park digital park, focuses on the core concept of green, low-carbon, and intelligent construction, summarizes and analyzes the management mode and technical application of the project in the main implementation stages of design, construction, operation and maintenance, emphasizes the key application points of BIM technology, and builds a green and smart site through the construction and utilization of system platforms, so as to assist in the high-quality promotion of digital park projects.
