The regulatory detailed planning under the territorial spatial planning system (hereinafter referred to as "regulatory planning") emphasizes implementation， which not only requires the implementation of the transmission of national policies from top to bottom, but also faces local development needs and responds to market changes. The issue of rigid and flexible control has always been the focus of regulatory planning research. This article briefly summarizes and elaborates on the existing flexible control mechanism in Nansha, combines the existing spatial planning (control regulation) map to update the maintenance mechanism and the third-party review mechanism of control regulation, and proposes preliminary suggestions for establishing a dynamic maintenance assessment and early warning system of control regulation.
