With the large area, numerous beds and complex medical process of modern hospitals, in order to meet the management needs of medical buildings, building equipment management system should be set up. This paper introduces the monitoring and management design of cold and heat source group control, air conditioning and ventilation, water supply and drainage, power monitoring, generator, landscape lighting, elevator and so on in building equipment management system. Through the understanding of these systems, it is clear that each system plays an important role in the construction of green hospital buildings and the implementation of effective utilization and management of renewable energy, as well as ensuring that each system has the function of auxiliary support for the operation of building equipment during the whole life of the building.
