The design concept of "combination of peacetime and epidemic time " in general hospital helps to form a national prevention "epidemic" system to cope with the epidemic in our country, and avoids the investment in the construction of special "Epidemic Prevention Hospital". Taking the ward as the research center and the Huoshenshan Hospital as the contrast object, the design differences between the ward of Epidemic Prevention Hospital and the standard ward of general hospital were compared from four aspects: function setting, streamline organization, buffer space and ward. The design emphasis of "combination of peacetime and epidemic time" in general hospital should strictly carry out the mode of "Three zones, two belts and three channels", so as to achieve doctor-patient triage and clean-dirt partition, and quickly transform the ordinary ward into an infectious disease ward during the epidemic period.
