This study focuses on the systematic application of BIM intelligent construction technology in large-scale supermarket buildings. Using Qingdao Sam's Club project as the empirical object

it employs intelligent methods such as data governance

algorithm optimization

and digital twin to enable multi-disciplinary collaboration design

structural optimization

and the digital control of the entire construction process. The research results show that BIM technology can significantly enhance the control of design changes and the efficiency of resource utilization

reduce material waste and shorten the construction period. At the same time

it has been verified that through data integration and intelligent decision support

the construction quality and operation and maintenance level of large supermarkets can be comprehensively improved.
