YANG Wen-long, LIU Hong-xia. Three-dimensional Maintenance Model for Transmission Lines and Live-line Operations[J]. 智能建筑与智慧城市, 2025, (S2): 560-562. DOI: 10.13655/j.cnki.ibci.2025.S2.176.
With the continuous expansion of the power grid scale and increasingly complex operating environment
traditional single inspection methods are no longer sufficient to meet the efficient and safe operation and maintenance requirements of transmission lines. This paper takes the synergistic application of three-dimensional operation and maintenance mode and live-line work as its theme
focusing on elaborating on risk identification and assessment
safety management systems and emergency response plan formulation
personal protective measures and team management strategies in live-line work
as well as the linkage between intelligent inspection and live-line work
the application of drone inspections in live-line patrols
and data-driven operation and maintenance decision-optimization methods. Through multi-level
multi-method coordination
this approach achieves precise early warning and rapid response to potential faults
enhances operation and maintenance efficiency
and minimizes safety risks to the greatest extent
providing a feasible technique and management framework for ensuring the reliable operation of the power grid.
