Under the promotion of global energy transition and "dual carbon" goals
energy-saving renovation of building HVAC systems has become a key issue. This paper takes Shenzhen Fortune Harbor Office Building as the engineering carrier to study the technical path and practice of transforming the central air-conditioning dynamic ice storage system into a static ice storage system. By comparing the principles and equipment differences between dynamic and static ice storage technologies
analyzing technical difficulties in renovation
the paper proposes optimized design schemes including equipment upgrading
pipe network optimization
and intelligent control
and realizes project implementation combined with modular installation technology. The results show that after renovation
the system's COP increases by 19.3%
saving an annual electricity fee of 600000 yuan and achieving a cost-benefit ratio of 2.37
which provides theoretical and practical references for the renovation of ice storage systems in existing buildings.
