GUO Yong-hua. Research on Key Points of Construction Progress Management in Building Engineering Projects[J]. 智能建筑与智慧城市, 2025, (S2): 329-331. DOI: 10.13655/j.cnki.ibci.2025.S2.101.
The total output value of general contracting and specialized contracting construction enterprises has increased by 28.4% from 2019 to 2023. The core position of construction progress management in project management is increasingly prominent. Effective progress management plays a key role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises by optimizing resource allocation
which can reduce economic losses and reputational risks. A mature theoretical system has been formed in the field of construction schedule management abroad
with critical path method (CPM) and network planning technology providing scientific tools. Domestic research focuses more on localized practical exploration
proposing a dynamic control mode for the entire process
and emphasizing the use of real-time data collection and adjustment mechanisms to address construction variables. The study adopts literature review and case analysis methods to systematically sort out the key points of construction schedule management
construct a three-dimensional management framework including planning
dynamic monitoring
and risk warning
reveal the impact mechanism of organizational structure on management strategies
propose a visual dynamic adjustment plan based on BIM technology
and provide a management paradigm for the industry that combines theoretical depth and practical value.
