In response to the severe challenges posed by global population aging
this paper aims to break through the current limitations of fragmented and single-product technology applications in the field of smart senior care
and build a whole-house smart system solution for senior care buildings that is centered around older adults. This research is grounded in four core design concepts: "Safety Assurance
Health Promotion
Convenient Living
and Emotional Companionship"
adhering to the principle of "Senior-Centered
Technology Invisible". The paper elaborates on the service model leap from passive response to active early warning and intervention achieved through multiple devices such as environmental monitoring
behavior perception
and vital sign collection
combined with a data middle platform and AI algorithm engine. The system's functions cover full-scenario applications including a four-layer emergency assistance guarantee
imperceptible health monitoring
senior-friendly smart controls
and emotional companionship. The primary contribution of this paper lies in proposing a complete theoretical framework and practical blueprint for a whole-house smart ecosystem
providing comprehensive guidance for the intelligent construction of senior care buildings
ranging from design philosophy and system architecture to functional configuration and key principles.
