PENG Jun. A Study on the Life-cycle Benefits and Investment Decision-making of Building Intelligent Systems[J]. 智能建筑与智慧城市, 2025, (S2): 30-33. DOI: 10.13655/j.cnki.ibci.2025.S2.007.
To address the prevalent issue of "heavy investment but light returns" in the field of building intelligentization investment
this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation system that balances economic benefits
environmental benefits
and social benefits based on the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) theory.Verification through the case of Nanshan Intelligent Manufacturing (Honghualing Base) project shows that: under this system
the unit area cost is controlled within 79.38 yuan per square meter; by adopting technical measures such as Internet of Things (IoT) lighting equipment (with an energy-saving rate of up to 84%) and energy management methods
the incremental investment can be recovered within 5 to 8 years
and an annual carbon reduction of approximately 350 tons can be achieved. The above analysis indicates that the LCC analysis method has both scientificity and practical guiding value
providing quantitative support for accurate investment and financing decision-making in the field of intelligent building engineering.
