As one of the main means of responding to building low-carbon
dynamic building skins are increasingly valued with the development of computer technology. This article is based on Grasshopper as a parametric modeling and simulation platform
and takes Octopus as a multi-objective optimization data processing tool to design a dynamic composite skin with rotation and movement. At different times
the optimal skin state is obtained through multi-objective optimization to adjust the sunlight entering the indoor light environment
thereby achieving the goal of adjusting the indoor light environment. During the specific experimental process
the optimal state of the epidermis is selected through simulation experiments at 12:00 on the vernal equinox. By comparing simulation results at typical moments
the effectiveness of dynamic skin in improving building lighting environment indicators is verified
and the multi-objective optimization process of dynamic skin in buildings is explored
providing new ideas for the design of building skin.
