Based on the analysis of the existing definitions of smart parks by various parties, combined with the demand analysis and analogical analysis of science and technology smart parks, this paper proposes the definition of the form of science and technology smart parks. And it expounds the construction ideas, overall framework and action plan suggestions of science and technology smart parks, so as to help the smart parks and industrial upgrading.
