为研究混凝土拌合过程电流信号预测新拌混凝土性能的可行性,文章研究了混凝土拌合过程对应电流信号特征以及混凝土标号、稀稠状态、方量和搅拌机状态等对电流信号的影响规律。结果表明:随着混凝土标号的增大,其峰值电流、稳定电流及时间均相应增大;混凝土稀稠状态主要影响电流信号搅拌阶段的平均斜率,即混凝土越干稠,其平均斜率绝对值越大;搅拌方量的增大会导致峰值电流和稳定电流增大,且呈线性关系;搅拌机状态则主要影响空载电流的大小。
In order to study the feasibility of predicting the performance of fresh mixed concrete by the current signal during the concrete mixing process, this paper studies the corresponding current signal characteristics of the concrete mixing process and the influence law of concrete grades, dilute density state, mixing quantity and mixer state on the current signal. The results show that with the increase of the concrete number, the peak current, stable current and time increase accordingly. The dilute density state of concrete mainly affects the average gradient of the mixing stage of the current signal, that is, the drier and thicker the concrete, the greater the absolute value of the average gradient; The increase of mixing quantity will lead to the increase of peak current and stable current and presents a linear relationship; The state of the mixer mainly affects the magnitude of the no-load current.
