This paper introduces the energy-saving design of the headquarters building of A Company in central China. It realizes the preset near-zero energy consumption design index of the project by guiding the building design with the climate environment, taking the building energy consumption target as the guide, adopting the performance-based design methodology, and utilizing the high-performance envelope, high-efficiency energy design system, and renewable energy and other measures, and the adopted building energy-saving design strategy has good energy-saving effects, which can provide reference basis for similar office building projects.
