This paper firstly analyzes the urban road design ideas based on the green transportation concept, and clarifies the specific connotation of the green transportation concept. On the basis of which the implementation principles of the green transportation concept are explained in detail, and in view of the above content, the specific application of the green transportation concept in urban road planning is studied, with a view to providing reference for relevant professionals to study the green concept of road traffic design in future research.
