Compared with the traditional cast-in-place housing, the construction of prefabricated housing is more complex, which requires a number of overall consideration. Based on the new project management concept of lean construction, this paper takes Xingjiang Bay Project as an example to introduce the construction and implementation of the project from three aspects: project organization, design and construction stage, focus on the design stage and construction stage of the wisdom site platform, construction method model building, grouting construction, shows that lean construction in design optimization, construction guidance, quality management, and other aspects have achieved results, and points out the next research improvement direction.
