科研和实验型建筑是高端技术领域创新和生产的主要空间载体,也是实验活动成功的重要保障。其建筑设计和景观规划不仅要服务从事科学技术研究的人员,也要顺应时代发展的趋势。随着“双碳”战略倡导下的城市发展向绿色、环保和低碳方向快速转变,与城市建设休戚相关的建筑景观行业也面临着技术革新、产业升级等诸多挑战。未来的科研类建筑和外环境设计发展将以绿色生态为导向,以节能减排为目标,以科研技术为手段。综合内部功能和外部环境,共同促进人与自然和谐共生。
Scientific research and experimental building is the main space carrier for innovation and production in high-end technology field, and also an important guarantee for the success of experimental activities. Its architectural design and landscape planning should not only serve the personnel engaged in scientific and technological research, but also conform to the trend of the development of the times. With the rapid transformation of urban development under the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy to green, environmental protection and low carbon direction, the building landscape industry, which is closely related to urban construction, is also facing many challenges such as technological innovation and industrial upgrading. The future development of scientific research buildings and external environment design will be guided by green ecology, targeted at energy conservation and emission reduction, and taken scientific research technology as the means. It integrates internal functions and external environment to promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.
