BIM-assisted overall prefabricated assembly equipment installation technology is a combination of BIM technology and overall prefabricated assembly technology. Through BIM-assisted design, standardized prefabrication, logistics transportation, and prefabricated construction, the efficiency and effect of equipment installation and construction are greatly improved. Taking the project of centralized wastewater treatment plant in Shenzhen National Biomedical Industry Base as an example, the BIM-assisted overall prefabricated equipment installation technology is used to split and process the unit modules of the pump set, and targeted measures are put forward in transportation and on-site assembly, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements for the construction of electromechanical installation projects, realizing equipment installation and assembly, reducing project construction costs, and shortening construction periods.
