With the proposal of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, the overall view of rural planning and construction is gradually taking shape. Instead of focusing on the promotion of a single "point", it pursues the overall rural development of "connecting points to form a line, and substituting lines for areas". However, at this stage, the construction of rural greenways pays attention to functions and tourism, neglects cultural values, emphasizes route selection, neglects village linkage, and the multiple values have not been fully reflected. Therefore, relying on the construction of scenic spots in Yanqing District, Beijing, the author explores the scalability of the smart village greenway model in the face of the dual challenges of Rural Revitalization Strategy and urban-rural integration development, starting from the multiple needs of improving the ecological environment, protecting cultural resources, providing recreational space and promoting economic development.
