摘要

文章梳理相关文献，揭示智慧旅游核心技术和运行原理；总结城市国际化相关指标；推动智慧旅游在增强旅游者认同感、提高旅行效率和满意度、促进产业发展、缓解外语人才需求、减少人为失误、强化信息自助、扩大产品销售、加大政府管控、推行新政策、优化社会安全保障和减少碳排放的刺激作用，进而在经济、文化、信息、社会和环境方面推动城市的国际化进程，并提出相应的发展启示。

Abstract

By sorting out relevant literature， this paper reveals the core technology and operation principle of smart tourism， summarizes the related indicators of urban internationalization and deduces the stimulating role of smart tourism in enhancing tourists' sense of identity， improving travel efficiency and satisfaction， promoting industrial development， alleviating the demand for foreign language talents， reducing artificial mistakes， strengthening information self-help， expanding product sales， increasing government control， implementing new policies， optimizing social security and reducing carbon emissions， so as to promote the internationalization process of cities in economic， cultural， information， social and environmental aspects. Finally the article puts forward the corresponding development enlightenment.
