城镇老旧小区改造是国家重视的重大民生工程和发展工程,但一些地方城镇老旧小区改造存在规划不合理、施工组织粗放、统筹协调难度大等问题。文章对城镇老旧小区改造流程与项目全生命周期的有机集成进行了分析研究,提出基于CIM+AI技术,建立城镇老旧小区改造各阶段的全生命周期框架,构建了城镇老旧小区改造全生命周期综合集成体系及三维可视化模型,以期为各地区城镇老旧小区改造提供借鉴。
The transformation of old urban communities is a major livelihood project and development project that the state attaches great importance to, but there are some problems in the transformation of old urban communities in local cities, such as unreasonable planning, extensive construction organization, difficult overall coordination and so on. This paper analyzes and studies the organic integration of the renovation process of urban old residential areas and the whole life cycle of the project, proposes to establish a full life cycle framework for each stage of urban old community renovation based on CIM+AI technology, and constructs a comprehensive integrated system and three-dimensional visualization model of the whole life cycle of urban old community renovation, in order to provide reference for the transformation of old urban communities in various regions.
