Based on the digital operation and maintenance platform of a headquarters building of our construction and installation company, this paper explores and analyzes the construction scheme of near-zero energy consumption and near-zero carbon smart park. It proposes three business support platforms based on the Internet of Things platform, three-dimensional visualization platform and data support platform, with access and integration of multiple weak current intelligent systems, to achieve ten business applications, and can realize the comprehensive situation view of the building through the three-dimensional visualization intelligent operation and maintenance cockpit, so as to build a set of intelligent and efficient digital operation and maintenance platform. Through the intelligent management of energy use and carbon emissions on the platform, it is possible to make near-zero energy consumption and near-zero carbon park possible.
