CIM technology provides a new idea and method for the intelligent management of the park. Building a unified digital twin park model through CIM technology not only breaks through the data barriers in the planning, construction and operation period of the park, but also provides a richer application scenario for the full life cycle management of the smart park. On the basis of expounding CIM technology and analyzing the business requirements of smart park management, this paper proposes the definition, concept, characteristics and corresponding smart park operation and management mode of CIM for smart park management, and explores the application through a top-level design example of a smart park platform.
