文章主要阐述了一种新型的高等级实验室智能化管理系统(下文均简称“新型管理系统”):基于感知层技术,将实验室建筑信息、生物安全设施、实验设备、智能设备、人员、物资、实验活动、自控系统等形成数据及边算,基于网络层传输形成数据层,基于数据层分析、处理形成信息支撑应用层,构建BIM控制运维系统和实验业务仿真系统。文章旨在解决现有中控系统+实验活动LIMS系统无智能研判决策、动态响应的问题,提升高等级生物安全实验室动态安全、管理效率、运行能耗、智能决策的水平。
This paper mainly describes a new type of high-level laboratory intelligent management system (hereinafter referred to as "new management system"): Based on perception layer technology, the laboratory building information, biosecurity facilities, experimental equipment, intelligent equipment, personnel, materials, experimental activities, automatic control systems and so on will be formed into a data and edge calculation. Data layer is formed based on network layer transmission, and information support application layer is formed based on data layer analysis and processing, so as to build BIM control operation and maintenance system and experimental business simulation system. It aims to solve the problem that the existing central control system + experimental activity LIMS system does not have intelligent research and judgment decision-making and dynamic response, and improve the level of dynamic safety, management efficiency, operation energy consumption and intelligent decision-making of high-level biosafety laboratories.
