This paper introduces the practical investigation of installation technology of intelligent mechanical and electrical equipment in modern buildings, including remote terminal processing system installation technology, wire network installation technology, input and output equipment installation technology and detection and exclusion technology. It analyzes that in the installation process, attention needs to be paid to precise control and compliance with relevant rules to avoid damage to electromechanical equipment and affect the efficiency of equipment operation. Through scientific installation techniques, the situation of each equipment inside the building can be accurately grasped and problems can be dealt with in a timely manner, and the intelligence of equipment operation can be improved.
