Information management has become an important part of the current construction building development process. This paper summarizes the application of BIM technology in emergency safety and fire protection design of high-rise buildings. According to the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology, the application of information technology to the emergency safety management of high-rise buildings can improve the effectiveness of emergency safety management， and then effectively prevent the occurrence of fire accidents in cities. Combined with the case， this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the application of informatization in the emergency safety management of high-rise buildings.
