结合大数据技术特点,设计构建合作式住宅数字智慧服务系统平台。结合案例探索国外合作式住宅的建设模式,从老龄化人群、青年独居者以及文化圈聚集三个层面探讨合作式住宅在当代社会发展情境中的适应性。合作式住宅在丰富产品选择、满足个性化需求方面具有较大优势和潜力。将大数据技术与合作式住宅的开发和建设进行结合,分析和归纳服务层、属性层、平台层、算法层和数据层等平台结构,探索数字智慧服务系统在合作式住宅建设领域中的运用。
Combined with the characteristics of big data technology, this paper designs and constructs a co-housing digital intelligent service system platform. It explores the construction mode of co-housing in foreign countries by combining cases, and discusses the adaptability of cooperative housing in the contemporary social development situation from the three aspects: the aging population, the young people living alone and the cultural circle gathering. Co-housing has great advantages and potential in enriching product selection and meeting individual needs. This paper combines big data technology with the development and construction of cooperative housing, analyzes and summarizes the platform structure of service layer, attribute layer, platform layer, algorithm layer and data layer, and explores the application of digital intelligence service system in the field of co-housing construction.
