摘要

文章系统总结了国内外在地下装配式建筑的发展现状及应用，分析了我国发展地下装配式建筑智慧建造面临的问题。概述了现阶段中国地下装配式建筑的特点及发展方向，为我国发展地下装配式建筑智慧建造提出建议。

Abstract

This paper systematically summarizes the development status and application of underground prefabricated buildings at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems of intelligent construction of underground prefabricated buildings in China. It summarizes the characteristics and development direction of underground prefabricated buildings in China at present, and puts forward suggestions for the development of intelligent construction of underground prefabricated buildings in China.
