Under the development layout of national economic strategies of new infrastructure construction and the dual carbon goal, intelligent building, as the basic unit of smart society, has ushered in new upgrading opportunities for industrial upgrading and development. Based on the newly released ,Smart Building Evaluation Standard ,and ,Smart Building Design Standard, this paper studies the application system related to the intelligent building business scenarios, with the goal of applying it to the update of new smart building projects and existing intelligent buildings.
