摘要

文章深刻剖析了某油气企业办公楼智能化建设和管理使用现状，梳理其中存在的问题，指出新时期办公楼宇智能管控和高效运营的具体需求，并以此油气企业办公楼智能化管理系统建设为例，提出具体的技术解决方案，建立统一的技术性标准和规范。

Abstract

This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of intelligent construction, management and use of office buildings in an oil and gas enterprise, combs the existing problems, and points out the specific needs of intelligent management and control and efficient operation of office buildings in the new era. Taking the construction of intelligent management system of office buildings in oil and gas enterprises as an example, the paper puts forward specific technical solutions and establishes unified technical standards and specifications.
