Facing the actual needs of operation and maintenance of urban underground space (Civil Air Defense Engineering), this paper applies information technologies such as BIM, IoT, intelligent perception and other information technologies to build intelligent perception system and intelligent operation and maintenance platform of underground engineering based on BIM + IoT to realize the information-based, refined and intelligent management of underground space, and provide an effective solution for the intelligent underground space.
