The "BIM Technology + Smart site" management platform proposed in this paper adopts modern science and technology such as 3D modeling, Internet of Things technology and big data analysis to realize construction process modeling, parameter import and data analysis on the platform, and realize the monitoring and linkage of site construction progress, quality, safety and environment. At the same time, according to the actual construction data, the operation adjustment and scheme optimization are carried out to realize the collaborative linkage of project management, effectively shorten the construction period and save the construction cost, improve the safety factor on site, and realize the efficient management of large-scale medical construction projects.
