With the rapid development of urbanization, all cities in China have key construction projects. How to realize the complex and comprehensive construction management of key projects has become the research focus of project management personnel. This paper introduces the application of intelligent site management platform of a large engineering project, which adopts the intelligent site management platform and combines the Internet of Things with big data analysis system to transmit all the data from the site to the background. Through the background big data analysis and early warning, it realizes the comprehensive control of the progress, quality, safety and other contents of the project site, and realizes the intelligent, lean and efficient project management.
