        摘要：Smart community is a new concept evolved from the development of traditional infrastructure construction in the 5G information age. Strengthening the research on smart community is of great significance to China's social governance and intelligent management of public resources. This paper first gives an overview of "new infrastructure" and smart community, then focuses on the construction direction of "new infrastructure" in smart community, such as smart property management, smart home application, smart parking system and smart safe community, and finally discusses the economic, social and ecological benefits of smart community construction.

        摘要：This article combines the concept of productiveness with the status quo of the reconstruction of old communities in Beijing, and takes the community reconstruction project of the family homes of Beijiao Farm as an example to discuss how to effectively carry out productive reconstruction. Through questionnaire surveys and field investigations, we can understand the attitudes of residents of this type of community towards productive renovation; combined with the environmental assessment of the site, we can select productive renovation technologies suitable for the community to learn from, make full use of green energy-saving technologies, and put forward preliminary renovation suggestions.

        摘要：In order to improve the accurate management of water energy measurement in college dormitories, this paper introduces the Internet of things and other technologies into the intelligent management of college logistics, introduces the functions and network models of several common campus intelligent platform models of Internet of things, designs and compares the advantages of several intelligent hot water meter management systems, and points out the technical application path of intelligent Bluetooth energy-saving system in college dormitories, which expands the application of Internet of things technology in university logistics management.

        摘要：Among intelligent lighting systems, Dali intelligent lighting system has the characteristics of precise control and precise management of a single lamp. Combined with its integration into the IBMS system for control and management, it can realize the digitization, information and intelligence of industrial lighting.         摘要：With the rapid development of urbanization, all cities in China have key construction projects. How to realize the complex and comprehensive construction management of key projects has become the research focus of project management personnel. This paper introduces the application of intelligent site management platform of a large engineering project, which adopts the intelligent site management platform and combines the Internet of Things with big data analysis system to transmit all the data from the site to the background. Through the background big data analysis and early warning, it realizes the comprehensive control of the progress, quality, safety and other contents of the project site, and realizes the intelligent, lean and efficient project management.
