this article makes full use of international expert opinions and domestic standards

and combines the author's personal work experience to analyze and explain the electrical safety design of the ammonia refrigeration system at the National Bobsleigh and Skeleton Center. It is hoped that this will provide some reference for future domestic ice and snow project constructions.
