摘要

文章针对住宅小区建筑电气设计中的节能问题，提出了构建智能能源管理系统和采用绿色节能设备的措施。通过照明设计、电梯节能设备和智能能源管理系统的应用，可以实现能源的有效监控与管理，提高能源利用效率，降低碳排放。积极采用绿色节能设备，如太阳能光伏发电系统和空气源热泵系统等，可以进一步提升节能效果。本文对推动住宅小区建筑的节能与可持续发展具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract

This article proposes measures to build an intelligent energy management system and adopt green energy-saving equipment for energy-saving issues in the electrical design of residential buildings. Through the application of lighting design

energy-saving equipment for elevators and intelligent energy management systems

effective monitoring and management of energy can be achieved

improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing carbon emissions. Actively adopting green energy-saving equipment such as solar photovoltaic power generation systems and air source heat pump systems can further enhance energy-saving effects. This article has certain reference significance for promoting energy conservation and sustainable development of residential buildings.
