The rapid development of social economy has led to the progress of construction engineering

and the significant improvement of science and technology level makes the design of construction engineering more intelligent. Therefore

the role of intelligent design in modern high-rise buildings is more prominent. Based on a certain project

this paper focuses on the research of intelligent design of modern high-rise buildings

and proposes reasonable and feasible optimization measures on this basis to provide experience for intelligent design of modern high-rise residential buildings.
