This paper analyzes the refrigeration system architecture of intelligent computing centers using cold-plate liquid cooling. A comparative study is carried out on two cooling schemes

namely the separate water‑liquid cooling source architecture and the common water‑liquid cooling source architecture

from the perspectives of application scenarios

energy efficiency and economic performance. In addition

different cooling water system architectures are compared. The research can provide a reference for data center projects adopting cold-plate liquid cooling in the future.
