This study focuses on the research on the construction of the safety and resilience of urban lifeline systems. It begins by elucidating the connotations of resilient cities and urban lifelines
reviewing the evolution of relevant theories. Subsequently
it constructs an analytical framework for the safety resilience of urban lifeline systems integrating physical infrastructure
operational management
and intelligent decision-making. Furthermore
it explores the role mechanisms
and evaluation methods of key technologies such as Artificial Intelligence
the Internet of Things
and Digital Twin. Finally
strategies and future prospects for improving the safety resilience of urban lifeline systems are proposed from multiple dimensions
including intelligent sensing
resilience-oriented planning
smart management
and dual-use mechanisms for normal and emergency scenarios. The research aims to provide theoretical references and practical pathways for promoting modern urban governance and building livable
