摘要

文章以上海市某大型城中村改造项目为案例，结合其信息化平台的构建与实施成效，阐述了协同管理理论与数字化工具融合应用的情况，并基于3S技术、建筑信息模型（BIM）、物联网（IoT）等手段，形成了具有集成化、可视化、共享化的区域信息化管理平台，为同类大型复杂项目管理提供可借鉴的实践经验。

Abstract

Taking a large urban village redevelopment project in Shanghai as a case study

this paper illustrates the integrated application of collaborative management theories combined with digital tools through the construction and implementation effectiveness of its information platform. Based on 3S technology

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

and the Internet of Things (IoT)

an integrated

visualized

and shared regional information management platform has been developed

providing practical experience that can be referenced for managing similar large and complex projects.
