With the continuous deepening of urban intelligent transformation

the rapidly advancing large model technology has injected new momentum into it. Focusing on the construction and application of auxiliary large models for building construction engineering

this paper first systematically sorts out the application demands of large models in the planning and design

construction

as well as completion and operation phases of building construction engineering. Secondly

it elaborates on the construction path of auxiliary large models. Further

it puts forward the concept of an intelligent operation and maintenance platform. Finally

the paper establishes a complete "demand-technology-platform" system

providing systematic support for the efficient implementation of large models in the field of building construction engineering.
